Milo

My niece's birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, so I decided to knit her a little something. It's the very popular Milo:

I used the Horseshoe Cable option in the pattern. I love the way it looks:

There are great directions for the underarms for when you recast on stitches. Probably the best looking underarm I've ever worked. :)
Naturally, I did not knit a gauge swatch. I went down a needle size recommended for the pattern and went with it. It came out a little big, so it probably won't really fit my niece for a few months, but that's alright. She will still be able to rock it with a long sleeve tee under it this winter.
I used Knit Picks CotLin for this top and just love it. It was very nice to knit with and I look forward to trying it for future baby/kid things!
